Mobile Life 2013 Reveals Increasing Levels & Complexity in Consumer 'Showrooming' ...Especially in Asia


TNS have just released their latest round of Mobile Life and their main point of focus lies in the phenomena of using your mobile whilst shopping, AKA 'showrooming'.  Karthik.Venkatakrishnan from the TNS revealed that:  "Recent developments in mobile have disrupted the retail environment as customers increasingly use their phones to augment the shopper experience.
