LONDON — BT is set to dominate the UK mobile market after finalising a deal Thursday worth £12 billion ($18.3 billion).
EE has the most mobile subscribers in the UK market. The deal means BT will be able to offerbundles of mobile, landline, broadband and TV services, known as "quad play" packages, to its customers. It also allows the company to distribute content across multiple platforms.
